If you don’t have a skipping rope, no problem, pick up your imaginary rope and do the challenges anyway by pretending you do have a rope. It’s still hard work!

Playing with a ball is a fun form of activity. It can be repetitious or challenging. These are a few different challenges you can do if you are by yourself with a ball. If you don’t have a ball, not a problem, ball up a pair of socks and use them.
